By accessing Clipboard+—including its extension, applications, website, cloud service, or API—you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Clipboard+ for an organization, you represent that you can bind it to these Terms.
Clipboard+ provides clipboard history, text expansion, optional cloud sync, and a personal developer API. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
You must provide accurate information, be at least 13 (and meet any higher local minimum age), and protect passwords and API keys. You are responsible for activity under your credentials. Promptly revoke exposed keys and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Aperca LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and back up that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to process content you submit and for maintaining any backup you require.
Do not use Clipboard+ to violate law or others' rights; distribute malware; probe, disrupt, scrape, or overload the service; bypass limits or security controls; share or resell personal API access; or access another person's data. Automated use must follow published documentation and rate limits. We may restrict or terminate abusive access.
Clipboard+ may interoperate with browsers, app stores, hosting providers, and other third-party services governed by their own terms. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipboard+ is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or data preservation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
You may stop using Clipboard+ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, legal requirement, or service abuse. Provisions that logically survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Aperca LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction there will hear disputes unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms; material changes will receive reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
